Reverse Osmosis

40,000 LPH Two-Stage RO Plant

For a textile processing facility in Surat, Aim Enviro designed and installed a 40,000 LPH two-stage Reverse Osmosis plant, engineered for high water recovery to support the facility's process water demand.

Overview

40,000 LPH Two-Stage RO Plant

The facility required a high-capacity RO system to reliably produce process-grade water. Aim Enviro engineered a 40,000 LPH two-stage Reverse Osmosis plant: Stage 1 uses 4 pressure tubes to perform the primary separation, with the concentrate directed into a Stage 2 array of 3 pressure tubes for further permeate recovery.

This two-stage pressure tube configuration allows the plant to achieve approximately 75% water recovery, reducing raw water intake while consistently meeting the facility's process water quality requirements.
