What is Zero Liquid Discharge?

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is an advanced water treatment approach in which no wastewater is discharged outside the plant. All wastewater generated is treated, purified, and reused — or converted into solid waste.

Our ZLD systems are engineered by combining multiple treatment technologies including ETP, RO, and evaporation systems to ensure maximum water reuse and complete compliance with pollution control norms under CPCB and GPCB regulations.

How ZLD System Works

Primary Treatment (ETP)

Removal of suspended solids, oil, grease, and major contaminants through primary effluent treatment.

Secondary Treatment

Biological treatment using aerobic processes to reduce organic load and BOD.

Reverse Osmosis (RO)

High-pressure membrane separation recovers clean water and concentrates dissolved salts.
