Overview
What is an Effluent Treatment Plant?
An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is used to treat industrial wastewater by removing harmful contaminants before discharge or reuse. Proper treatment is essential to comply with CPCB and GPCB norms and to minimize environmental impact.
At Aim Enviro, we combine process expertise with practical execution knowledge to deliver systems that are both technically efficient and economically viable. Each ETP is carefully designed based on wastewater analysis, flow rate, contamination levels, and discharge requirements.
Capacity Range
250 KLD to large-scale MLD capacity plants — including high-load industrial and infrastructure-scale projects.
Applications
Industries We Serve
- Textile & Dyeing Units
- Chemical & Process Industries
- Pharmaceutical Industries
- Food Processing Units
- Engineering & Manufacturing Units
Process
ETP Treatment Process
Collection & Equalization Tank
Raw effluent is collected and flow-equalized to handle load variations.
pH Correction System
Chemical dosing to neutralize acidic or alkaline effluent.
Coagulation & Flocculation
Suspended impurities are destabilized and clumped for removal.
Primary Clarifier
Gravity settling removes heavy suspended solids from the effluent.
Biological Treatment (Aeration)
Aerobic microorganisms break down dissolved organic load.
Secondary Clarifier
Biomass is separated and settled after biological treatment.
Pressure Sand & Carbon Filter
Deep-bed filtration removes residual turbidity and colour.
Sludge Handling & Dewatering
Generated sludge is thickened, dewatered, and safely disposed.
