Reverse Osmosis
Overview
25,000 LPH Two-Stage RO Plant
ShriRam Oxyair needed a rooftop-installed RO system capable of reliably supplying process water at scale. Aim Enviro engineered a 25,000 LPH two-stage Reverse Osmosis plant: Stage 1 uses 3 pressure tubes for primary separation, with the concentrate routed into a Stage 2 array of 2 pressure tubes for additional permeate recovery.
The two-stage pressure tube design achieves approximately 75% water recovery, and the system was successfully installed, commissioned, and handed over on the client's rooftop facility.
